Before departure, our team assists with the required travel documentation and provides practical guidance regarding Ihram, the performance of Umrah, baggage preparation and essential travel procedures. Pilgrims travel together under the supervision of an experienced group leader who provides assistance throughout the journey.

After arrival in Saudi Arabia, the group is transferred to the arranged hotel. The itinerary includes accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah, allowing pilgrims sufficient time for worship and personal reflection. The exact number of nights in each city will be stated in the confirmed itinerary.

Scheduled Ziyarah tours introduce pilgrims to important historical and religious locations in Makkah and Madinah. The itinerary may include sites such as Jabal al-Nour, Jabal al-Thawr, Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain and Mount Uhud, subject to local regulations, accessibility and available time.

The package includes return economy airfare, Umrah visa-processing assistance, hotel accommodation based on the selected room-sharing arrangement, airport transfers, transportation between Makkah and Madinah, scheduled Ziyarah and group-leader support. Meals are provided according to the selected package plan.

Personal expenses, optional private tours, additional baggage, medical treatment, travel insurance and services not mentioned in the final itinerary are excluded. Visa approval is determined by the relevant Saudi authorities. Prices may change depending on the travel season, airfare, hotel location, room occupancy, exchange rates and availability—particularly during Ramadan and school holidays.
